Heather was the Founding CEO TechCrunch, which was acquired by AOL. Post-acquisition Heather was appointed GM of AOL Tech Media. Heather is Co-founder and Co-Chair sfciti.org with Ron Conway. Prior to TechCrunch, Heather was SVP News Corporation and held various M&A, BD, and operating roles. Heather has her MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Mount Holyoke College where she is a current Trustee and co-chair Finance Committee. Ninor co-founded ByteSize Capital, where he led efforts in technical due diligence and data science applied to crypto markets. Before ByteSize, Ninor spent half a decade with Chevron as an Engineer on Gorgon & Wheatstone, Australia’s largest LNG facilities. Graduating with First Class Honours, Ninor received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Michael most recently Co-Founded CrunchFund after leading TechCrunch to a successful exit with AOL. His venture investments include Uber, Airbnb and Pinterest. Michael was the Editor of TechCrunch, which he founded in 2005.  In 2008 Time Magazine named Michael  “One of the World’s 100 most influential people”. Michael also practiced securities law at O’Melveny & Myers and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Michael graduated from Stanford Law School and
Claremont McKenna College.
Ninos co-founded ByteSize Capital, with a core focus on investment strategy and business development. Prior to ByteSize, Ninos held a business development role at FXCM, an international FX and CFD brokerage. Ninos graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney as a recipient of the University’s Academic Merit scholarship.

Geoffrey Arone is an established Product and Marketing executive as well as a successful entrepreneur. He was a founding partner of Arrington XRP Capital and now serves as an advisor to the fund. Prior to that Geoffrey was Co-Founder & CEO of SafetyWeb, which was funded by Battery Ventures and acquired by Experian. Geoffrey was also Co-Founder of Flock, which was funded by Bessemer and Fidelity and acquired by Zynga. Geoffrey has his MBA from MIT Sloan and an Sc.B. in neuroscience from Brown University. Natalia is the founder of Propy, a startup that raised > $15MM in its 2017 token sale to build a decentralized title registry for real estate. Propy uses the Ethereum blockchain technology for reliably and cost-effectively automating the entire process of sales, transfer, and records management for global real-estate transactions. Natalia is an expert in token sales, ICO legislation, real estate, and token economics for physical assets. In addition to her domain expertise in real estate, Natalia is a recognized blockchain expert and a frequent speaker at conferences worldwide. Karayaneva is a managing owner of real estate development firm MP Group Ltd, an alumna of the University of Oxford, software engineer, and an expert in sustainable urban development. She founded her first company at the age of 19. In her professional career, Dovey has worked at eBay as a product manager before getting into venture investment and joined DHVC (Danhua Capital) as part of the founding team. Since 2013, Dovey has become a crypto enthusiast and has been immersed in the blockchain world. Ever since she invested in Dfinity, Omisego, Kyber Network, 0x, Chia network, Messari, Handshake and she’s the board of Theta Network and few stealth ones. Dovey has an extensive experience with both Chinese and US crypto community, she’s now serving as a supernode nominator for Huobi Hadax and has been an active advocate for gender equality and self-regulation for crypto industry. She recently founded Primitive Ventures.
