Heather was the Founding CEO TechCrunch, which was acquired by AOL. Post-acquisition Heather was appointed GM of AOL Tech Media. Heather is Co-founder and Co-Chair with Ron Conway. Prior to TechCrunch, Heather was SVP News Corporation and held various M&A, BD, and operating roles. Heather has her MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from Mount Holyoke College where she is a current Trustee and co-chair Finance Committee. Ninor co-founded ByteSize Capital, where he led efforts in technical due diligence and data science applied to crypto markets. Before ByteSize, Ninor spent half a decade with Chevron as an Engineer on Gorgon & Wheatstone, Australia’s largest LNG facilities. Graduating with First Class Honours, Ninor received a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of New South Wales. Michael most recently Co-Founded CrunchFund after leading TechCrunch to a successful exit with AOL. His venture investments include Uber, Airbnb and Pinterest. Michael was the Editor of TechCrunch, which he founded in 2005. In 2008 Time Magazine named Michael “One of the World’s 100 most influential people”. Michael also practiced securities law at O’Melveny & Myers and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Michael graduated from Stanford Law School and Claremont McKenna College. Michael is currently serving as an Inaugural Binance for Children Ambassador and is passionate about leveraging blockchain technology for social good. Ninos co-founded ByteSize Capital, with a core focus on investment strategy and business development. Prior to ByteSize, Ninos held a business development role at FXCM, an international FX and CFD brokerage. Ninos graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sydney as a recipient of the University’s Academic Merit scholarship.

As an early stage product and markets guy, and in partnership with some world class entrepreneurs, Ron helped launch innovative products and companies, including Grand Central/Google Voice, OpenDNS, Scout Labs, Prism and Layer. Ron studied History, French and Political Science at Middlebury College, and attended SciencePo in Paris towards that degree.
